Downtown Living in Style

  • A two-phase project, One 11 was designed over several years. Now complete, One 11 and the  neighboring One 11 2.0 were designed to appear as one cohesive building, seamlessly coexisting in the space.

  • Located three short blocks north of Main Street, these spaces were specifically designed to activate the street front with uses tailored for the residents, their guests, and the public.

Inclusive Amenities

  • This project consisted of a 5-story building made up Phase 1 of construction with a 6-story building designed to the north as Phase 2. In total, One 11 creates a home for 122 apartment units of various sizes.

  • The design prioritized amenities offering a fitness rooms, reservable meeting rooms, a coffee shop, ground floor residential lounge, two bike/ski storage rooms, and common rooftop courtyard.
