Designing for Firm Culture

This 5,800 square foot office space was designed around a breakroom that would bring the DCI team together in a central location for collision space, potluck lunches, and most importantly – coffee.

DCI’s new space also features a custom designed staircase to the mezzanine level, a ping pong table for firm-wide competitions, shower facilities, and a variety of spaces to give team members a place to collaborate away from their desks.

Highlighting the Structure

To provide more space for their growing team, SMA partnered with our friends at DCI Engineers to design a dynamic office space that highlights the parts of the building that inspire their everyday work – the structure.
