Downtown Living in Style

  • A two-phase project, One 11 was designed over several years. Now complete, One 11 and the nearly complete neighboring One 11 2.0 were designed to appear as one cohesive building, seamlessly coexisting in the space.

  • Located three short blocks north of Main Street, these spaces were specifically designed to activate the street front with uses tailored for the residents, their guests, and the public.

Inclusive Amenities

  • This project consisted of a 5-story building made up Phase 1 of construction with a 6-story building designed to the north as Phase 2. In total, One 11 creates a home for 122 apartment units of various sizes.

  • The design prioritized amenities offering a fitness rooms, reservable meeting rooms, a coffee shop, ground floor residential lounge, two bike/ski storage rooms, and common rooftop courtyard.

Variety and Views

  • Designed with a variety of unit types including studios, one-bed with a den, two-bed, and three-bed, the building offers a unit type for any kind of tenant.

  • Each unit has balconies and a handful have direct courtyard access, however, all were designed to highlight fantastic views of downtown and the neighboring mountains.
