Overcrowding & Aging Facilities
Each of the School District's 20+ facilities and acquired adjacent land were evaluation for their current condition and overall suitability for education
Identified needs include space concerns, overcrowded parking, dropoff, and traffic flow, as well as concerns with scheduling for shared spaces.
Planning for Growth
Long-term solutions for crowding at the Elementary include adding a new primary school building on the adjacent site to the north.
To alleviate scheduling concerns, a shared cafeteria, performance and fine arts building is planned for future phases.
