The Preliminary Architectural Report (PAR) was used to identify needs and best solutions for the aging 1989 facility that serves West Mont's developmentally disabled clients.
Life safety, increased privacy, a safer outdoor space, expansion of living areas, and an additional bedroom were identified as the preferred solution to submit for CDBG grant funding.
