Easy Access to a Bustling Bozeman
Located on N Bozeman Ave, this five-story, 29-unit, 71,000 square foot, mixed-use condominium building was named The Merin after John Bozeman’s middle name - Merin.
SMA worked with HomeBase Partners to design this high end, luxury condominium development in the quirky NE neighborhood of downtown Bozeman. Just a few steps from great restaurants, shops, access to trails and recreation, this development provides easy access to all downtown Bozeman has to offer.
Customized Mountain Condos
The design is based on a simple palette of contextual materials and an elegant aesthetic with two retail spaces and a refined entry at the west facade of the building on N Bozeman Ave. A premium ground floor unit at the north facade faces the surrounding residential neighborhood.
The residential floors focus on providing a luxury experience with custom interior selections, for a total of (7) 1-bedroom units, (18) 2-bedroom units, and (4) 3-bedroom penthouse units at the 5th floor.
Downtown Density
The Merin was designed to serve the City of Bozeman’s goals for mid-rise density downtown and provide a diverse range of housing options to the future residents of a growing Bozeman.
