Affording Housing in Helena
Our Redeemer's Lutheran Church has undeveloped property intended for affordable housing development.
Critical housing partners including the YWCA of Helena, Rocky Mountain Development Center, and Habitat for Humanity have come together with the City of Helena and Our Redeemer's to study affordable housing potential.
Continuum of housing options are intended from small apartment units at the YWCA, to rent subsidized townhouse units with RMDC, and finally affordable home ownership with Habitat for Humanity.
